入館・入室方法（Entry & Access）
1・ネット予約
予約サイトよりオンラインでご予約
2・カード決済（カード未決済の方）
クレジットカード情報を入力しお支払いを完了してください
カード情報入力画面では携帯電話番号かメールアドレスを選べますが、「メールアドレス」を選んで入力してください
→携帯電話番号を選択時は、国番号「+81」の後に続けて電話番号をご入力いただく必要があります
3・ゲストページ発行
ご予約確定後メールにてお客様の「ゲストページ」のリンクURLをお送りします
4・事前チェックイン
ゲストページから「事前チェックイン」ボタンをタップしてください
→当日15時以降にご予約された場合は「チェックイン」からお手続きいただけます
5・チェックイン
現地到着後ゲストページから「チェックイン」ボタンをタップしてください
→15時になるとゲストページに「チェックイン」ボタンが自動で表示されます
6・パスコードの確認
ゲストページの「部屋情報」に入館・入室用のパスコードが表示されます
→「部屋情報」は「チェックイン」完了後に表示されます
7・入館・入室
玄関戸に設置されたボタン式ロックキーに「4桁のパスコード」を入力して入館してください
部屋戸に設置されたボタン式ロックキーに「3桁のパスコード」を入力して入室してください
→玄関・部屋ともに、戸を閉めると自動で施錠されます
8・チェックアウト
お帰りの際はゲストページから「チェックアウト」ボタンをタップしてください
→チェックアウト後は「部屋情報」が非表示になりますのでご滞在中は押さないようご注意ください
1・Online Reservation
Please make your reservation online through your preferred booking site.
2・Card Payment (for guests who have not completed payment)
Please enter your credit card information and complete the payment.
On the card information screen, you can choose either your mobile phone number or email address. Please select “Email Address” and enter it.
If you select “Mobile Phone Number,” please enter your number after the country code “+81” (for Japan).
3・Guest Page Issuance
After your reservation is confirmed, a link to your Guest Page will be sent to you by email.
4・Pre Check-in
Tap the “Pre Check-in” button on your Guest Page.
If you make a reservation after 3:00 PM on the same day, please proceed directly from “Check-in.”
5・Check-in
After arriving at the property, tap the “Check-in” button on your Guest Page.
The “Check-in” button will automatically appear on your Guest Page at 3:00 PM.
6・Confirming Your Passcode
The entry and room passcodes will be shown under “Room Information” on your Guest Page.
“Room Information” becomes visible after you complete Check-in.
7・Entry and Room Access
Enter the 4-digit passcode on the keypad lock at the entrance door to enter the facility.
Enter the 3-digit passcode on the keypad lock at your room door to enter your room.
Both entrance and room doors will automatically lock when closed.
8・Check-out
When leaving, tap the “Check-out” button on your Guest Page.
After Check-out, “Room Information” will no longer be displayed — please be careful not to press it during your stay.
